[Equest-users] 3-D Geometry Lost

Hi Juan,

 

It's just a bug that happens when we do the zoom in or the zoom out. You
have to close the file and reopen it. The 3D geometry still not be there. Do
a right click in the black screen of 3D geometry and choose “Reset Camera”.
Normally your building will reappear.

Dear All

 

I was working on a multifamily high rise building and suddenly the 3-D
Geometry disappear, I don-t know where to find it.

 

Do you know how to solve this?

I open other projects and the geometry is still there.
