[Equest-users] Weather file BIN Pontevedra, Spain

To use Equest in Spain, we have a complete meteorological database in *. bin, extracted directly from the official benchmark program building certification.
First we went to the page of industry and energy ministry and we downloaded Calener GT program, as this program uses as DOE2 calculation engine, we have only to copy the weather data file located in C: \ Program Files (x86) \ CALENER \ CALENER-GT \ Weather \ Ficheros.BIN in our directory Equest TMY2.

Keep in mind that the standard thickness of certain materials used in Spain, being different from Equest database, for example bricks frequently used in Spain have a thickness of 0.3773 ft. or 0.7874 ft.

I just went on the web to find out where Pontevedra is located.  There is an IWEC2 weather file for Vigo-Peinador (airport), WMO #080450, that's located 22 kilometers directly south.

I don't see Pontevedra, but if you look at the Latitude and Longitude of these stations, you should be able to find an IWEC2 locations that is close by.  The entire list of IWEC2 locations can be seen at http://www.whiteboxtechnologies.com/IWEC2_locations.txt.
All IWEC2 weather files come in three formats, including the
        *.BIN format needed by eQUEST/DOE-2.
