Hi Deepika:
After having just done about 5,000,000 sf of building with glass performance, I think I learned a thing or three..
U-Value should be nil. That has to do with mass. SHGC is a solar item, so you have effectively knocked out most of the solar energy, as the window is now translucent versus transparent. But unless the paint has major thickness, you will still see some solar gain.

What properties of glass will change if a white paint is applied on single pane glass (for glare control) with 0.80 SHGC. Obviously it affects the visible transmittance. How would it affect other parameters like SHGC and U-value..
