Subject: [Equest-users] Chilled water pumps

I am trying to figure out a way have the chilled water pumps turn off whenever the outside air temperatures are below 50F.  I tried to utilize the 'equipment controls' and 'load management' but I am on a campus chilled water system and there is no place under 'load management' where I a link this control to a chilled water meter.
