[Equest-users] Reports with 3-D Building Shell

My preference is the snipping tool (worked into Windows since Vista, I think):

Windows key, type snip, enter, drag a rectangle of what you want , optionally mark up if desired with the included tools, then ctrl+v to paste it into anything!

Also if you are using Microsoft 2010 or above you can use Alt -> N (Insert) -> SC (screenshot) -> C (clipping) to do a quick print screen and crop.

To change the background from black to white go to Project Properties -> 3-D View Details -> Background color = white
