Or divide the total consumption by the peak hourly value. Both are available by end use from the PS-E / PS-F reports.

Sort of. The PS-C report provides the number of hours in 10% increments. You could use that to calculate full load hours.

You could also run an hourly report plotting the part load ratio. Sum the PLR values to get full load hours.
