An aside: any PD2 file opened in notepad or similar text editors will clarify which version of eQuest was used to create it in the first few lines.

In this case, 3.65:

Which version of eQuest, 3.64 or 3.65?

You have the cooling control set at constant – do you know if the existing building has a sequence of operation to follow?

For a recent new building which had a VAV air handler with a chilled water coil (water delivered from an aquifer in this case, VFD drives, etc.) I used the below parameters, which appear to have a large effect on your model.

Hi,

I’m trying to model an existing building with a chilled water VAV system. The chilled water usage is much higher in the winter time than expected. Is this a common issue? Does anyone have any suggestions for fixing this? My files are attached.
