The spandrel should be considered as an opaque wall with a different wall
construction. spandrel glass is a layer of glazing over the wall surface.
So define those areas of 'spandrel glass' as walls and not as windows.

I need to simulate a building which has a spandrel glass facade & ACP
Cladding on two sides of the building.

Has anyone attempted it before? Can anyone please advise me as to how I can
go about it?
