[Equest-users] GLOBAL data in hourly results

I have had problems with the hours not matching the schedule - being off by
1 - creates headache when I am trying to make sure that the winter peak is
before the start of peak demand period.
Have you checked whether it is a leap year problem - I have had that happen
to me before.
