[Equest-users] Kabul weather file

Even self-promotion is okay according to the forum guidelines...monthly or less frequently. These are both legitimate responses to the original question where to find weather data.

It would be a little fishy if we had new postings asking for weather files from "South Kabul" next week, and then "New Kabul" the week after so that the same answers could be posted repeatedly...!
