LG Electronics is looking to hire
engineers with 5 years of experience with expertise in energy modeling,
analysis of residential and non-residential buildings, and case study analysis
& Competitor conversion and comparison to
support LG Electronics’s Sales and Applied Reps
for residential buildings, commercial office buildings, retail facilities and
K-12 schools.

 

 

Desired qualifications and
experience:

·        
>= 3 years’
experience

·        
Gather and analyze
utility data for use in building models

·        
Knowledge and
experience using energy performance modeling and simulation software (eQUEST,
Trane TRACE, HAP, EnergyPro, IES-VE, EnergyPlus, etc.) 

·        
HVAC(including VRF and
Ductless) Systems Design, HVAC products, load calculations, and zone and
building automation controls preferred

·        
LEED Project
experience

·        
Knowledge of Codes and
Standards including LEED, Title 24,  ASHRAE 90.1, ASRAE 62.1, and ASHRAE
55

·        
Expert user of Word,
Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat, AutoCAD or similar CAD experience

·        
Ability to read,
understand and interpret floor plans, elevations, sections, site plans, zoning
maps, construction specifications and operational policies.

·        
Excellent
written/verbal communication and presentation skills.
