Funny, I was actually looking into this at the same moment.

Actually, it's not very straightforward, but I've found that you can still
download attachments while browsing the archives. I must admit this was
only very recently after quite a few times pestering about the fact that it
seemed you could not do this...

Check out this thread, in addition to the link Matthew just send you, Adam
Boyd creating constructions for all zones based on ASHRAE 2007.
