Hi Fakeha,

Try reading this link:

If you are not able to get it then i have pasted the excerpt below:

............................................................................................................

*Plug load* is the energy <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Energy> used by
products that are powered by means of an ordinary AC plug
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/AC_plug> (e.g., 100, 115, or 230 V). This
term generally excludes building energy that is attributed to major end
uses (HVAC <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/HVAC>, lighting
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lighting>, water heating
<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_heating>, etc.)
Plug loads are often synonymous with terms such as "receptacle loads",
"miscellaneous loads", "unregulated loads", or "process energy/loads."
...............................................................................................................
Now one can define the following loads in process load or miscellaneous
load:

1. Office equipment load which are plug loads like computers and printers.
2. Elevator load which are again directly related to electrical supply and
not a major part of energy consumption.
3. Kitchen loads like ovens, refrigerator which are consuming electricity
but is not a major part as the count is less. Also, these are only used in
homes.
4. Escalators loads which are mostly found in commercial complexes and
especially in malls.
5. Laundry loads
6. Drying machine loads
7. Elevators loads etc.

...............................................................................................................

Now the office equipment loads may contain these:
1. Computers loads
2. Printers loads
3. Or any device which uses electricity directly from plugs. You can
consider even charging mobiles in offices.

Hope your problem may get resolved by this.
Due to your less experience i am unable to explain it more. Is it enough?
May be something would be missing so you can ask others.
Sorry to be offensive, if you felt so.

Thanks,
Sharad. Kumar
