[Hap-users] HAP LEED CS simulation

I have two requirements for my Core & Shell simulation that I have not done
before using HAP and I was wondering if anyone has run into. I am trying to
figure out how to simulate a gas-fired domestic water heating system using
HAP.  Also I need to put the core electric onto a separate meter from the
tenant spaces.
