[Trace-users] Purchased Steam with Heat Exchanger

So, is it fair to say that TRACE doesn't differentiate between Steam
Coils or Hot Water coils?

Hi Marty,

I did one similar project. Use 100% plant capacity and 100 % efficient
for the energy rate. 

Goto economics tab add purchased steam rate under Utility Rate.

Hello,

 

I'm working on a project that will utilize Campus Steam coming into the
building, and running immediately through a heat exchanger to create Hot
Water, which will, in turn, feed the building.  I've looked at the
"Purchased Steam" scenario in the user's manual, but am unsure as to
where to go from there.

 

Any suggestions?
