[TRNSYS-users] Glazing of windows' u-and g-value

Dear lcases,
Thanks for your reply!
I saw the WINDOW tutorial, I followed it and created a new window. I can
only change U-value of window Frame using Window 5. But I can't change new
window's U-value and g-values of glazing system and glass. It shows "?" or
other values which are not my required values. Please see the attached
image. How to define my own glass with u-value 0.6 W/m2K and g-value 0.52
step by step using WINDOW 5?
