[TRNSYS-users] Water inlet according to temperature

Marko,
Your tank needs to have two inlet/outlet port pairs on the solar loop
side (and probably at least one on the load side as well). It is easiest
to do this with Type534 from the TESS Storage Library. One of your solar
loop port pairs will come in to node 1 and out of node 5 (assuming that
you have a 5 node tank). The other will come into node 3 and out of node
5. You can use a Type11 controlled flow diverter and either an equation
or a controller Type to watch your collector outlet temperature, then
send the water to the correct inlet port. You'll need to have a flow
mixer from your two outlet ports in node 5 even though they both come
out of the same node because only one of the two will have flow
(depending on which inlet is being used).
Kind regards,
  David

Let`s think that there are two inlets for the water located at the top of of tank and in the middle of tank. When the supply water temperature rises above 60 C, the water flows to the top of the tank. While the water temperature is below 60 C, water flows to the middle of the tank. Can someone give me an advice how to build the control system and which types would be suitable for the purpose?
