   I saw something similar to this a year or so ago and unfortunately 
don't recall what I did to fix the problem. I believe that the Studio is 
actually reading the *.inf file that has the same name as the *.b17. If 
you make a change in the *.b17 and then change right back, you can then 
save the *.b17 again, which should force it to recreate the *.inf. 
Alternatively, you could probably delete the *.inf, *.bld, and *.trn 
files then resave the *.b17. I assume that when you were in the Studio, 
you right clicked on the building and asked it to "update building 
files" already but in case you did not, that is also a necessary step.

   If none of the above works, then please send the *.b17 and the *.tpf 
to your distributor so that they can take a look and then forward it on 
to the developers if needed.
