[TRNSYS-users] Heat Recovery ventilation system

Dear all,
I trying to simulate a Ventilation Heat
Recovery system with TRNSYS, and i'm wondering if any one has
tried it or knows any documentation that talk about it.
My project is a large building with heat recovery ventilation
system.
1)Could anyone tell me an easy way (using Equation or which
component/Type? in Simulation Studio) to express the exhaust air/fresh
air heat recovery/exchange system?
2)How to show Ventilation Heat Recovery system is
more energy-saving than without Ventilation Heat Recovery system?
E.g. Through what parameters or simulation results etc.?
Many thanks in advance!
Br.
