Daniel -

Can you be a little more specific about your problem?
Just saying it doesn't work when you add a building model does not give
us much to go on when trying to help you solve the problem.

circulation first, if that works I could "put" the network in the
building by adding type 56 and connect it with all the existing pipes.
So I started to create a very simple network with a water tank (type
4a), a pump (type 114 e.g.) and connect those with a few pipes (type
31), tee-piece diverter and mixer (type 11d/f)...So far so good, even
though the result is meaningless, it worked.

building created with TRBbuild it didn't work anymore.

Has anyone ever had contact with this kind of simulation (hot water
circulation etc.)? If so, how did you start?

better and more accurate way to simulate a circulation like this, but
how?

stratified fluid tank (type 60) and maybe a solar system which feeds the
tank with a lower temperature as well.
