@Angel: Thanks a lot for your reply.

@All: The chiller model simply does energy balance. Whereas the "real"
chiller data suggests that capacity reduces on decreasing hot stream
inlet temperature or flowrate. This happens by reduction in chilled
water temperature difference.

Any help is highly appreciated :)
