[TRNSYS-users] Fw: help in Tansys3d and sketchup

Shahen,
   Are you able to browse to the location mentioned in the error message 
(c:\Users\a\Desktop\Learning\Trnsys3D\) and open the file untitled.idf 
using a text editor?

   Given the path to the file that you are using, I am almost certain 
that the problem lies in the permissions that the account has on the 
folders in question. As I mentioned in my previous email; full 
administrative access is needed and very often the c:\Users folder has a 
lot of protections on it.
