Try find a way to put this part: C:\Program Files (x86)\Trnsys17_1\Exe\TRNEXE.EXE into a pair of quote marks should solve the problem. Unfortunately I am not a TRNOPT user, so not be able to tell you how. In GenOpt though, the line is in one of the configure files...

Dear trnsys-users,

I'm trying to use TRNSYS and GenOpt. In TRNSYS is a small example for using TRNOPT / GenOpt. When trying to optimize this
example GenOpt gives me an error message like this:

java.lang.Exception:

Exception in executing the simulation program

Simulation working directory : 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Trnsys17_1\Optimization\GenOpt\Simulation\tmp-genopt-run-1'

Can somebody tell me what I am doing wrong?
