Dear M. Zahid,
   The *.epw file format is a text file format; you can open it with a 
text editor such as Notepad or Wordpad. As far as I know, only DOE-2 
derivatives use the *.bin format. You can find information about 
converting to the *.bin format at http://doe2.com/index_wth.html
