Module_01 is SOLBIAN Plexiglass CV70,
Module_02 is PowerSmart PV-glass from Onyx (636BN-12451242_00)
and module_03 is the Saint Gobain SGS PowerSmart 125.
I hope that's helpful I don't have model numbers.

Could you please send me the manufacturer and model number of each of the panels? I may have their parameters in a data base. The Type194 plugin is giving me some problems as well. As a side note, I think that you could easily model the first panel (the monocrystalline silicon panel) using Type94 with good results. The other two are best modeled using Type194; hopefully we can get the parameters that you need.
