[TRNSYS-users] TYPE66

Hi!
I am trying to connect TRNSYS with EES through the TYPE66. But when the simulation runs, it appears error a on the deck. The error message says that: 'Unable to start a required program with the CallProgram utility. This may be a problem with Type66 or Type56/TRNBuild.'
 
I don't know why this error occur. Can somebody help me?
