Suhrid,

assuming that you are using type 53, I think the message does not
necessarily indicates what is the variable out of range, simply, that the
type is getting a COP either too big or too low for the data you defined in
the external performance file. Thus it might be either the temperature
difference, the chiller power or the electrical consumption, wich are the
data you input through the external file, best
