Aisha,
without seeing your project, there isn't really any way of telling
why the controls aren't working. You should send your project (*.tpf),
the buiding file (*.b17) and any other files needed in order to run the
project to your distributor for assistance.
If you only have to cool your building then you can use the blower
that is part of Type651 as the system fan. If you have a need to provide
heating using a furnace or an electric coil then I would recommend that
you set the Type651 fan power to zero and use a Type112 as the system
fan. The system fan will run whenever there is a call for either heating
or cooling.
