If you change the overall capacity parameter you also need to change
the value of various other capacities (such as rated flow rates,
auxiliary power requirements etc.). Those parameters do not all scale
linearly (i.e. an absorption chiller that has half the capacity of the
default one will not require half the cooling water flow for example).
Also, while your simulation will run and give you results, I would be
very careful about creating such a small absorption chiller. I am not
aware of any absorption chillers that have such a small cooling
capacity. It may be very difficult to find an appropriate set of
parameters to model such a machine.
