Ahmed,
   I would recommend you start by working with the Wind-Diesel example 
(..\Trnsys17\Examples\Wind Diesel\) and the Stand Alone Power System 
example (..\Trnsys17\Examples\Stand-Alone Power System\). Both combine 
wind turbines with various backup devices. The same methods can be used 
to combine wind turbines and PV.
