Sanjeev,
There isn't really a "correct" answer to your question. It depends
largely on the technology that you are trying to simulate. I would
recommend that you refer to the Type50 documentation for the
mathematical definition of the concentration ratio in Type50 and then
choose an approximate value for your situation. You can of course test
the simulation's sensitivity to the concentration ratio by running with
a value that is somewhat below your initial estimate and one that is
somewhat above your initial estimate. If you find that the results
depend highly on the concentration ratio then you can spend additional
time to choose a more accurate value.
