[BLDG-SIM] Energy modeling of an ice ring

I'm pretty sure the latest versions of DOE 2.2 include some kind of ice 
rink zone, w/ice rink brine CHW. Don't know if it's in Equest. I guess 
someone at SCE was excited by ice rinks or something.
