[bldg-sim] Green Building Studio

I won't add to the numerous emails already sent other than to say the
technical problems in our industry are inconsequential compared to the
communication and education challenges.

Brian's email made me remember a book I read a while back, "Who Owns the
Sun?" by Berman & O'Connor which describes the lobbying, spin-doctoring and
ability of the oil industry to crush what they saw as a threat. It's a good
read for those who have moments of naievety (sp?) like me. They may have
set us back 30 years, but as Peter said we will get there. I just hope it
is quick enough. Vikram, don't buy property below 30 feet above sea level.
