[BLDG-SIM] Heating Load question

I'm trying to model a packaged VAV system in eQUEST (v5.2), and I find that I am not getting a heating load. I have the heating setup as hot water coils. When I model the system as packaged multizone I get a heating load, but this disappears when I use the packaged VAV option. Is there a setting I need to turn on? Or is this simply not an option with eQUEST?
