[BLDG-SIM] Underfloor Plenum First Costs Analysis

Hello,
Does anyone know how to perform a first cost analysis
for underfloor air plenums. I have seen something from
Center of Built environment and they have mentioned a
spreadsheet that does this life cycle cost analysis
but nothing more than that. Could anyone suggest me a
current method of performing this analysis or if there
is any guideline or tool out there that could help me
through this process.
