Is just the addition going for LEED certification?  Also, make sure no hvac
systems are connected with the existing building.  Then probably system3.

I'm modeling a 30,000 sf addition to an existing building that's 3 floors
above an existing 2 floor building. It has its own chiller and natural gas
boiler. In Table G3.1.1A should I select System3 assuming 3 floors, or
should I select system 5 assuming 5 floors?
