[Bldg-sim] Reliable wind data resources for Qingdao, China

Hi,

I have downloaded an epw weather file and converted to a wea file using
Weather Tool for climate analysis. The weather data source for this Qingdao
weather file is a Chinese Typical Year Weather (CTYW). However, when I
checked with some other sources, it seems that the prevailing wind
directions in winter were very different so I was wondering if there’re any
reliable sources that I can use to cross-check that the wind directions are
accurate because we would like to target strategies to block the wind in
winter time.
