[Bldg-sim] Appendix G fenestration exception

Hi all,

I am working on a mixed use building with retail on the street level.
The store front glazing is clear glass with about 70% window wall ratio
at the street facing face. Being a small building this is an unavoidable
penalty. Does the exception for street level glazing (EXCEPTION
5.5.4.4.1) applicable to Appendix G. Does any one know of a CIR in this
regard?

The exception to the prescriptive building description under chapter 5
allows for street level glazing to be 75%.
