Hi Kapil,
You could refer to the benchmarking models developed by DOE.

Subject: [Bldg-sim] Hotel buildings
Dear All,
I wanted a quick opinion from some of you who have worked with hotel
buildings.
Do these generally require similar heating and cooling energy?
I was surprised to find this happening for Houston, TX, following 90.1
schedules and other protocol. I tried it with a more temprate climate
but with similar results. The WWAR on the building is at 16%.
Thanks,
Kapil.
