[Bldg-sim] Fan Coil Units - Energy Cost Budget Method

Dear All,

Following up on the previous e-mail, I am considering doing a modelling of
this single floor office for LEED CI rating. The office is climatised with
a four-pipe fan coil system supplied with fresh air by a single AHU. What
steps would you recommend I follow? I have to use the Energy Cost Budget
Method and the simulation will be done for this.
