[Bldg-sim] Modeling tool for daylight, Energy, Thermal comfort analysis

IES is modular and you can share project assumptions and boundaries  
between the ApacheSim module for comfort and energy and tie into IES  
Radiance for daylight. Those results can also feed back into Apache  
for lighting power reductions.
