I use Purchased Air models as a way of normalizing HVAC performance
during
design analysis of buiding form, fabric, and operation. This allows
isolating energy use implications of the building itself from those of
the
HVAC system. A model of real HVAC system will be affected by equipment
sizing, part-load, and control issues that can fluctate at the same time
you
change building design.

Hello,
Purchased Air can not do this. However all of the Constant Volume
systems
do provide this, ie. Single Duct Terminal Reheat, Fan Coils, etc..
