Re: [EnergyPlus_Support] difference in calculating surface temperatures



Subdividing surfaces can affect convection coefficients with some of the 
convection algorithms, and it can affect distribution of solar gains when using 
FullInteriorAndExterior solar distribution.  I would suggest turning on 
reporting of inside and outside convection coefficients and surface 
temperatures.  If this does not explain the differences, then please upload 
your input files to the yahoo group files area or send as a zipped e-mail 
attachment to energyplus-support@xxxxxxxx
