[EnergyPlus_Support] Fanger PMV miscalculation

I'm comparing the outputs from EnergyPlus V1.0.3 to that from V1.2.2.
Everything is identical except for the additional features such as the
internal radiation distribution. Even the inputs for the occupant comfort
such as clo value and air velocity are the same. The mean air temperature,
mean radiant temperature, thermal comfort mean radiant temperature
(emphasizing the floor surface), and humidity are very similar yet the PMV
between the two is very different. V1.0.3 looks more accurate going up to
0.55 while V1.2.2 doesn't seem right going up to 1.50 especially since the
other outputs such as mean air temperature are well within the comfort
limits. Please tell me what else to look at to determine something that I
inputed wrong or look at how the most recent code calculates PMV whether
anything has changed.

Thanks

Ian
