[EnergyPlus_Support] Extraction

Hi All,

I'm trying to go about modelling various extraction fans with a 
building, these are mostly in bathroom areas with flow rates of around 
0.03m3/s. These area's just have extraction fans with no supply air at 
all. What I want is purely an extraction fan serving a few zones, but 
only an extraction fan. Any information on whether this is possible 
with E+ and any help on how to get it started would be greatly 
appreciated.
