1.  You are correct, Purchased Air does not control indoor humidity.  There is 
no humidity control equivalent to Purchased Air.

2.  The Window AC also cannot control humidity.

3.  DX systems which can control humidity are FURNACE:BLOWTHRU:HEATCOOL, 
UNITARYSYSTEM:BLOWTHRU:HEATCOOL, and DXSystem:AirLoop.  See example files 
FurnaceWithDXSystemRHcontrol.idf and SmOffPSZ-MultiModeDX.idf.  Note that 
SmOffPSZ-MultiModeDX.idf uses the COIL:DX:MultiMode:CoolingEmpirical.  
DXSystem:AirLoop can also do humidity control using the single-stage  
COIL:DX:CoolingBypassFactorEmpirical coil type.
