[EnergyPlus_Support] Mass Flow Rate Error Message

Error -- Mass Flow Rate Calculation in Plant Loop=92 HOT WATER LOOP,
Outlet and Inlet differ by more than tolerance.
   **   ~~~   ** Loop inlet node=92 HW SUPPLY INLET,
flowrate=4.650098100473592E-002
   **   ~~~   ** Loop outlet node=92 HW SUPPLY OUTLET,
flowrate=0.000000000000000E+000


Hello, How Can I receive this error message if the room's heat gain is
ok? Why Does the room temperature increase if flowrate = 0?
