There is a known problem in version 1.2.3.023 which can cause such warnings to 
occur during the intial iterations for an HVAC timestep.  If these warnings are 
due to that problem, the solution continues to iterate to a final answer and 
this condition no longer exists for that time step.  So, if the final results 
look correct, then these warnings can be ignored.
