Thank you for your response, Mike. 

There is another question. How can I consider the energy consumption 
by the outside air mixer in a fancoil system? I didnot found there 
is a variable in the simulation result which is responsigble for the 
electricity use of transporting the fresh air into the indoor space.
As far as I know, that would be a pretty significant part in the 
HVAC system's energy consumption. Likewise, in the VAv system, there 
exists a similar problem, what would be end user for introducing 
outdoor air? The central fan in the AHU?
