[EnergyPlus_Support] about the Weather Data

Dear all:
    I tried to change the weather data in a weather file. I used the 
weather converter to change the .epw file to .csv file.I changed in the 
excel sheet. And then I used the converter to change to .epw file, but 
it can not work.Is there something I do wrong?How can I get the .epw 
file from .csv file?( The path name are all letters.)
